As a part of her task to clean up the beach, Barbara Stillman purchased the Seaview Motel and Apartments.  The first two of these buildings have been completely remodeled and have been converted into luxurious interval ownership condominiums.  Each unit features a Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and full kitchen.  These units are all oceanfront.

We are an Interval International member resort.  Interval International is a 25 year old company which boasts over 1800 locations in 75 countries - including many major brands.

In addition to the interval ownership option, we also have a building containing 6 whole-ownership condominiums.  The average price on these units was $575,000.  Though these units are not Ocean Front, they each have unsurpassed views of Winnapaug Pond, Weekapaug, Watch Hill and, of course, the ocean.
